Tours, Presentations and Class Projects
Introductory presentations and tours of the facilities of the Provincial Archives may be arranged upon request.
The size of groups or classes that may be accommodated by the Archives varies between offices because of physical limitations. Scheduling of tours is also dependent upon the availability of staff. The Archives should be approached well in advance of the anticipated visit to discuss requirements.
Groups or classes requesting a tour or presentation must contact reference services in order to book a tour of our facilities or arrange for a presentation. Please contact reference services through our contact form here.
Please Note: Tours after which participants will be expected to do research work in the Archives may require negotiation of a Project Charter outlining parameters and deliverables agreed upon by both the instructor and the Provincial Archives.
Our staff is also available for on-location displays, speaking engagements and conferences. Advance notice is necessary for these requests to ensure our participation.
