Your first step should be to consult our online catalogue [1], which contains descriptions of a large portion of our Permanent Collection, to see if we have any materials that would be relevant to your topic. This will give you a starting point for your discussions with dedicated and knowledgeable staff
Regardless of the success of your search, it is recommended that you consult with Provincial Archives reference staff [2] regarding your research interests, since many resources available at the Provincial Archives are not yet described in our database.
Due to limited resources, Archives staff is unable to conduct in-depth research on any topic, including broad-based historical research or family history enquiries.
For projects requiring detailed or extensive research, you may need to visit the Archives [3] in person or consider hiring a professional researcher to undertake research on your behalf. For information about genealogical research services offered by the Saskatchewan Genealogical Society, visit www.saskgenealogy.com [4].
Reproductions [5] may be made of most archival material in our Collection. Our current Fee Schedule [6] describes all available reproduction and special services, and states the associated fees.
