Land Titles

The homestead process and all land transactions after the grant of patent were registered at Dominion Land Titles offices until 1930, and then after 1930 by the Province of Saskatchewan Land Titles offices. Today, Saskatchewan land titles records are managed by the Information Services Corporation of Saskatchewan .
The land titles registry is a chronological filing of all documents relating to the land; consequently, documents pertaining to a single piece of land are not necessarily filed together.
