for Provincial Government
The Information Management Services (IMS) program at the Provincial Archives provides the following records and information management (RIM) services to the provincial government:
Development and dissemination of government-wide RIM policies, standards, and guidelines.
Development and maintenance of the Administrative Records Management System 2014 (ARMS2014).
Assistance and coordination in the development and approval of records schedules.
Administration of the disposal process for government (public) records.
